Terms and conditions

Welcome to our guesthouse in Moieciu de Jos. By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Reservation and Payment:

  • A reservation is confirmed only after payment of a non-refundable deposit, which represents 20% of the total value of the reservation.
  • The remaining amount must be paid upon check-in.
  • We accept cash and card payments.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
  • For Christmas, Easter and New Year's Eve, cancellation must be made at least 30 days before check-in, otherwise a fee of 50% of the reservation value will apply.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in time is between 15:00 and 22:00.
  • Check-out time is until 12:00.
  • Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the guesthouse.
  • A cleaning fee of 300RON will be applied for smoking indoors.
  • Pets are allowed by prior approval only and may be subject to additional fees.

House Rules:

  • Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Please respect the comfort of other guests.
  • The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Please avoid bringing outside food and drinks into the common areas of the guesthouse.

Liability:

  • The guesthouse is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
  • Guests use the guesthouse's facilities at their own risk.
  • The management is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property.

Privacy policy:

  • We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  • By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your reservation and stay.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions:

  • The guesthouse reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  • It is the guests' responsibility to regularly check these terms and conditions.
